All vehicles travelling behind locked gates (including for event set up) must be washed down prior to access to avoid the spread of weeds and pathogens |

If access to a reserve is required please call PCS Depot on 62072087 at least 48 hours prior to the event date to arrange for pick key pick up. The PCS Athlon Drive Depot is located at the Corner of Athlon and Sulwood Drive in Farrer, just uphill from the ACTEW power substation |
|
Shoes and equipment must be thoroughly cleaned prior to entering the activity area and upon finishing the activity and moving to other areas |
|
Dogs are not permitted |
|
Please respect the rights of other visitors and campers |
|
Event participants do not have exclusive use of the reserve, this event will occur on shared trails. There may be other people (walkers, bike riders and horse riders) utilising the reserve. |
|
The applicant and all participants must obey all reserve signage |
|
The applicant is responsible for removing signage and litter resulting from theevent at its conclusion |
|
The event organiser is to erect clear signage on all entrance points advising ofthe event and warning of hazards |
|
Signage displaying โevent in progressโ or similar are to be placed at the reserveentrances surrounding the event to warn other reserve users |
|
Please ensure local horse riders are made aware of your planned presence by contacting the ACT Equestrian Association via this link https://www.actea.asn.au/contacting-actea/ at least 7 days prior to the event taking place. |

If the event intersects an equestrian trail, you must display โevent in progressโsigns at each point where this event intersects and utilises an equestrian trail (i.e. one sign at each end) |

Alternatively, PCS may install combination locks on course gates and the code provided to the organiser. |

The event organiser must ensure all gates are always either attended or locked closed during the event to prevent incidental or deliberate public vehicle access. Gates must be locked at the conclusion of the event by the event organisers, ensuring no vehicles are locked in |

In the event of a Total Fire Ban (TOBAN) the event will be postponed by PCS |
|
Severe weather conditions, including high fire danger, strong winds, and storms, may result in an amendment of the event permit, or postponement of the event if the PCS considers it necessary for public safety |
|
Soil saturation may be assessed by PCS prior to the event which may result in an amendment of the event permit, or postponement of the event if PCS determines that the event may cause unacceptable environmental damage |
|
In the event of wet weather, PCS may inspect the site to assess if the event can continue, if: a. In the 5 days preceding the event (excluding the 24 hours prior to the event) if rainfall is over 15mm. The event permit may be amended, or event postponed if PCS determines that the event may cause unacceptable environmental damage. b. In the 24 hours preceding the event if rainfall is (or is forecast to be) between 5-10 mm or over. The event permit may be amended, or event postponed if PCS determines that the event may cause unacceptable environmental damage |
