If access to a reserve is required please call PCS Depot on 62072087 at least 48 hours prior to the event date to arrange for pick key pick up. The PCS Athlon Drive Depot is located at the Corner of Athlon and Sulwood Drive in Farrer, just uphill from the ACTEW power substation

In the event of a Total Fire Ban (TOBAN) the event will be postponed by PCS

Severe weather conditions, including high fire danger, strong winds, and storms, may result in an amendment of the event permit, or postponement of the event if the PCS considers it necessary for public safety

Soil saturation may be assessed by PCS prior to the event which may result in an amendment of the event permit, or postponement of the event if PCS determines that the event may cause unacceptable environmental damage

In the event of wet weather, PCS may inspect the site to assess if the event can continue, if: a. In the 5 days preceding the event (excluding the 24 hours prior to the event) if rainfall is over 15mm. The event permit may be amended, or event postponed if PCS determines that the event may cause unacceptable environmental damage. b. In the 24 hours preceding the event if rainfall is (or is forecast to be) between 5-10 mm or over. The event permit may be amended, or event postponed if PCS determines that the event may cause unacceptable environmental damage
